THE STUDIO
Nirvana Yoga is located less than a mile from the center of Easthampton, MA. We have a beautiful studio with wood floors, one section with infrared heat panels, and a fully stocked prop room with mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, belts, sand bags, rollers and Pilates rings.
Does Nirvana Offer Hot Yoga?
We are NOT a "HOT YOGA" studio.
"Hot Yoga" is typically 95-100 degrees
"Heated Yoga" is typically 80-85 degrees
We DO offer the benefits of 9 infrared-Radiant-Heat panels for those who want a little extra warmth (76-78 degrees.)
Infrared heat is clean, silent, and dry like the sun, but without the burn.
The result is a gentle, therapeutic heat to help relax and:
• Increase flexibility
• Reduce muscular and joint pain
• Increase Circulation
• Increase Metabolism
