Nirvana Yoga's RYT 200 hour teaching program will take you and your yoga to the next level.
You will develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence to lead entry level yoga classes.
You will be guided by a team of experienced teachers who will expose you to the many aspects of Yoga and provide you feedback on your teaching practice.
You will be able to demonstrate the competencies necessary for you to attain your Yoga Alliance RYT 200 teacher training certificate.

Over the course of the year, you will receive all the tools needed to become a certified yoga teacher. The program includes a teaching practicum, designed to give you the opportunity to practice teaching in a safe and supported environment. You will also study the history and ancient roots of yoga philosophy and practices; learn more about the deeper layers of the physical body and subtle body; experience the effects of different styles of breathing; and practice different styles of meditation.
