Reiki is a gentle form of body work to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve health. Through gentle Reiki touch, your body is able to relax and return to it's natural state of well being.
Your first session includes an intake form, time for questions & answers and setting your intention. You can book an appointment with Reiki Master, Jolie Therrien, or Kate Stenson (Certified Reiki Level 2.)

Private Yoga Lesson
Arrange a time with Kate to develop an individual program that's tailored specifically for your needs. A private class enables us to work together to improve alignment and learn how to modify poses to ensure you are getting the FULL benefit of each pose. Kate will plan a routine that incorporates the poses you need to help you work towards your goals.
