THE STUDIO

Nirvana Yoga is a Community Yoga Studio offering a variety of classes in Easthampton, MA.

Located less than a mile from the center of Easthampton, MA, our studio holds a beautiful atmosphere to practice yoga. Unique to Nirvana Yoga are our infrared heat panels that result in a gentle, therapeutic heat to help relax and increase flexibility, circulation, metabolism, and reduce muscular and joint pain. You will also find a fully stocked prop room with mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, belts, sand bags, rollers and Pilates rings.

AIR QUALITY

The studio has a ventilation system with Air Purification Technology designed to eliminate virus particles, pathogens, allergens, mold and bacteria. To ensure comfortability and safety for all of our Yogis, we also have an air purifier for top quality air.
