Yoga for Beginners
Dates & Time: 6 Wednesday evenings, 5:15 - 6:15. June 16, 23 & 30. July 7, 14 & 21.
Location: At the studio. Limited to 10
Foundational yoga poses are practiced with focus on alignment, strength, stretch, and balance. Breathing techniques and complete relaxation included. Students new to yoga have plenty of time to ask questions and get feedback from the teacher.
